Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 8 years of HR experience.Minimum of 5 years of management experienceHR Certification preferredDemonstrated knowledge of multi-state HR laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and approachable demeanorAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionComputer Proficiency (above-average knowledge) in Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel as well as electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and be responsive to the needs of the companyHRIS knowledge required, Paylocity experience a plusBenefits :
