Wise Path Recovery Centers is looking for a motivated and strategic Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator position is responsible for increasing referrals with existing accounts and acting as a liaison between the company and the community to develop new referring accounts. The Outreach Coordinator is a self-starter who works independently to fill their schedule with visits to referral sources. The outreach coordinator will develop long standing relationships with Individuals from all levels of various referral organizations.

Accountabilities

Support behavioral health program initiatives through outreach activitiesDevelops and grows professional relationships with senior executives, medical professionals, and other key decision makers of prospective referral sourcesResponsible for maintaining a balance of account management and new account creation that supports the referral expectations of the businessResponsible for developing a deep understanding of the territory. Including but not limited to competitive landscape, payor dynamics and an ability to identify potential referral sourcesAssists in the development of marketing/PR materialsResponsible for maintaining adequate communication between the company and its referral sources so that patients and referral sources have a good experienceMust meet or exceed monthly expectations for calls, meetings and facility toursAppropriately leverage company and clinical leadership to develop new businessIdentify barriers associated with client access to servicesOutreach Associates must have the skills and competency to communicate with people at all levels of the organization; including- executive management, patients, and external agencies.Other duties as assignedCore Values - Promote and adhere to the workplace values of kindness, teamwork, empathy, integrity, excellence and missionQualifications and Knowledge

BA or BS in a human service field or equivalent work experience preferred1-3 years of experience in human service professionSUD and/or MH knowledge preferred.Must have or, within 30 days from hire, be able to obtain current First Aid and CPR cardWork Conditions and Physical Requirements
