Description

General Job Summary:

Outreach Coordinator will work with Tri-State referral sources (e.g. primary and specialty care practices, urgent care clinics, corporate health clinics, senior living facilities, etc.) to develop strong relationships. Will coordinate outreach programs with the Director of Marketing or his/her designees. Outreach projects may include the following tasks:

Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead the management and execution of relationship building for all Tri-State referral sources

2. Lead the management, maintenance and tracking of referral source visits

3. Assist in the maintenance of referral source databases and routes

4. Lead scheduling, coordinating and attending referral source and professional events - lunches, presentations, etc.

5. Lead scheduling, coordinating and attending community outreach sponsored events - health fairs, festivals, etc.

6. Assist individual physicians with special projects promoting OrthoCincy that require marketing & advertising

7. Assist with the development and execution of advertising projects

8. Assist monitoring of advertising and education materials

Provide insight and perform other duties necessary in the best interest of OrthoCincy .

Requirements

Education/Experience:

Must be a graduate of a college/university marketing degree or similar program with two years of experience working in a marketing-related position.

Work Environment:

Hybrid - The majority of time will be working remotely visiting referral source offices and attending professional events as described above with time each week dedicated to in-house meetings, planning and basic office tasks. Legal driver's license required for local travel using personal vehicle. The schedule will consist mainly of weekday business hours with occasional adjustments as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

Varied activities including standing, sitting, bending, and lifting occasionally up to 50 pounds. Considerable walking and driving to consult with coworkers, staff, referral sources and other external groups/people. Must be able to perform required duties in various weather elements.
