About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for an upcoming project that is not open yet. This position would be for a contract to hire position with our esteemed client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
