Opportunity to help build out and structure the corporate finance team.What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, insurance, and retirement plans, and manage annual enrollment processes.Develop innovative and cost-effective employee programs from analysis and implementation to ongoing management, ensuring a positive impact on employees.Address complex benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.Develop tools and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs, using data to enhance program performance.Manage communication and training for HR and employees regarding benefit enrollments and updates, ensuring clarity and engagement.Oversee the performance of benefit service providers, implementing processes to monitor and improve provider services.Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting programs to meet organizational and compliance needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to deliver best-in-class benefit programs.What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related major.
Minimum 3 years of experience with employee benefits & total rewards.
Experience with Workday or similar software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to others in a cross-functional environment.
