Work Location:

Hybrid in Malvern, PA, coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days. All subject to change.

What you'll do:

The Benefits Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the bank's benefit programs. This role ensures that our benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the bank's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits design and management, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending, 401k, wellness initiatives and other fringe benefit programs.Administer Tuition Reimbursement Program, Corporate Matching Gift Program and quarterly United Way Contributions.Coordinate annual Open Enrollment; manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.Conduct benefits orientations and information sessions; primary point of contact for communication with team members regarding eligibility, family status changes, benefit enrollment, and maintenance of benefits information on the Company intranet.Manage FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Parental Leave.Files and serves as point of contact for workers compensation claims; ensure applicable notices posted and supports annual audit.Analyze benefits trends and benchmark data and lead any benefits survey efforts and analyze data to provide recommendations on strategy and design for year over year changes.Manage the activities of the Retirement Plan (401k) CommitteeEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA and annual Form 5500 filing.Maintain key relationships with benefit providers and broker; collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to negotiate plan options and costs.Review and audit vendor invoices and for numerous benefit providers. Prepare appropriate paperwork and coordinate processing with the accounting department.Perform 401(k) transaction processing to include: plan participant enrollments, contribution changes, loans, beneficiary enrollments, payroll reconciliation, funding and terminations; primary contact for auditors, testing and true-up calculations.Demonstrate consistent initiative to take on additional tasks, projects and initiatives outside of the Benefits-specific portfolio of work, extending more broadly across Total Rewards and the People Experience Team.What do you need?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.PHR/CEBS CertificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software - experience with Workday preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing demands to meet deadlines.Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail while consistently delivering on agreed upon timelines.Motivated, team player, willing to lead and remain involved at the detail level of work.Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns.Proven ability to proactively and effectively manager a variety of partners, vendors and all stakeholders.A customer service driven mindset when assisting employees.Technology Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills preferred.HRIS systems experience - Workday preferred.
