We are looking for a
Collections Manager
responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:Managing, coaching, developing, and training associates to achieve expected departmental results to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and provide feedback when needed.Coordinating activities of collectors which may include auto-dialer and/or list strategies to maximize collection effort.Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow.Reviewing accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal actions against debtors.Assisting associates with collection activities in difficult cases and recommending collection techniques.Effectively managing a team of non-exempt associates maintaining unity among employees.Specific qualifications for the position include

One year minimum supervisory experience plus three to five years of collections experience.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
