We are looking for an
Operations Department Manager
responsible for supervising and ensuring the department is running in good order with accuracy and efficiency, according to the Bank Branch's policies and procedures.
Your specific duties will include:Supervise Operations Department.Monitor and lead the Operations Department's activities and rectify any discrepancies found in daily transactions.Report daily funding needs to the Accounting Department.Execute Fedwire remittances and SWIFT messages.Problem-solving on operational issues.Ensure accurate day-end balance for operational parts.Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Account officers, Loan team, Accounting & BSA) on customer inquiries.Verify and submit various reports to the Head Office.Specific qualifications for the position include :
Related working experience in the banking industry, preferably in the foreign banking industry.A bachelor's degree in Finance Economics or other related field is Required.Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.Knowledge and computer skills in banking systems, including Fedwire, SWIFT, Check21, ACH, and other Office Applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Communication skill in Chinese is a Must (Mandarin or Cantonese).Pay Rate Range : $80,000 - $120,000 per year and discretionary bonus
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
