Position Summary

The Manager, Human Resources (HR) will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support to multiple entities within Tang Capital. The Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for various facets of HR operations and payroll support, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting efficient and effective HR processes and providing exceptional service to employees. The Manager, Human Resources requires a high level of adaptability and flexibility to effectively address the dynamic needs of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support daily Human Resources and payroll operations across multiple entitiesAct as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues promptly and effectivelyMaintain and update employee data in HR and payroll databases, systems and portals accurately and confidentiallyEnsure effective use of HR and payroll systems and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAssist in HR and payroll system upgrades and new platform implementations. Troubleshoot issues and provide user support as neededManage employee benefit programs including enrollments, changes and terminationsAct as a liaison with external partners to ensure accurate and timely benefit administration and resolve any issuesOffer guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and benefits and address related questionsCollaborate with the Senior Payroll Manager to provide comprehensive payroll support.Perform invoice reconciliations for HR and Payroll DepartmentsFacilitate and support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring assessments, offers and onboardingCoordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptionsSupport the implementation of training initiatives and track participationAssist in the year-end performance review cycle including system configuration, data compilation and distributionAssist HR and Payroll with year-end processing including open enrollment, benefit renewals, auditing and reportingUpdate HR standard operating procedures and templates regularlyContribute to special projects as neededQualifications

Minimum 3+ years' experience in an HR , Payroll, Accounting functionBachelor's Degree required;Experience with ADP highly preferredDemonstrated proficiency with MS ExcelPractical knowledge of operations, employment laws and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
