NuVue Pharma is seeking a Human Resources Manager with proven HR expertise with a passion for people and proving tools to help them succeed while supporting business goals and objectives. This person needs to be adaptable to a changing business environment and keeping managers informed of legal and compliance best practices. Requires knowledge of and experience in generating payroll.Will use payroll vendor interface to ensure accuracy of each payroll, approve timecards, garnishments, and check distributionAssist manager in reviewing and approving sick and vacation timeSupports management by providing human resource direction, advice and counselAbility to coach and mentor management staff through the process of understanding legal issuesDevelops HR policies, and enforces policies while supporting organizational goalsEstablishes and maintains company records and reportsRequires benefit knowledge to develop and manage medical, dental and vison plan design and enforce compliance with ACARecruiting and hiring for multiple locationsAssist managers in new hire onboarding to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.Conduct exit interviewsKnowledge of performance management best practices, corrective actions and terminationsMaintain HRIS and payroll databaseTracks anniversaries and merit increasesOther duties as assigned
Requires:
Bachelor's degree in HR or business related
HR certification is highly desirable
5 years of Human Resource experience in a managerial capacity
Ability to acquire and maintain Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Badge
Salary range $60,000- 65,000
