Our businesses and programs generate revenue to support sustained social impact. Annual Resident Survey Volunteer

in Oakland, CA.

The Annual Resident Survey Volunteer is essential in collecting and analyzing feedback from residents to help shape community initiatives. This role requires a commitment of approximately 3-4 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling, as it is not required every week. Volunteers will work primarily at the main office, focusing on tasks that support the processing and understanding of survey data.

Your tasks will include:

Format and analyze spreadsheets of resident survey responses for special projects, ensuring data is clear and actionable.Accurately input survey data into SurveyMonkey, maintaining the integrity of the information collected.Translate survey comments from residents to facilitate a broader understanding of their feedback across different language groups.Conduct phone interviews with residents who have indicated a willingness to elaborate on their survey responses, aiming to gain deeper insights into their feedback.Your contributions will directly support our efforts to create meaningful change in the community by improving access to housing.
