Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist current lead Program & Product Manager(s) on helping management of multiple

existing work streams on large scale project(s)

* Understand analyze & document business process workflow diagrams, both as-is and

to-be and drive overall business analysis with multiple stakeholders

* Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, from high level sometimes ambiguous epics

* Manage backlog & release roadmap for multiple cross functional applications, working

with engineers & business

* Prepare & maintain comprehensive project plans that details all pre-agreed milestones

and dependencies & lead the project independently

* Own User Acceptance testing end-end - writing test scripts, co-ordinating schedules

with geos & technical teams, facilitate triage calls, obtain sign-o? & rollout

* Manage and upkeep of cross functional project plans, BRDs, Test Scripts and other

project documents (Full project knowledge-base).

* Assist with project management office aspects as determined by the Program Lead (i.e.

various presentations, project status reports, production support etc)

* Manage communications with geos, WW & IT & arrive at common solution

* Ensure that all project deliverables are diligently tracked and managed while meeting

time sensitive deadlines

* Tracking and managing project risks, actions, issues, dependencies.

* Multi-task numerous projects and/or requirements concurrently and communicate

effectively and drive all project tasks when required

* Apply critical thinking to identify potential issues that will impact the progress and

proactively address the issues

Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in business analysis & user focused product management

* Experience in managing cross functional project roadmaps

* Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working with

both technology & business teams in high pressure and results-driven environment

* Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish

trust and credibility

* High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to "make things happen"

* 5+ years of experience on technology focused projects around customer facing

application deployment and/or complex mobile app development.
