We are looking to add a Senior Program Manager to our Talent Acquisition organization. Reporting to the Head of TA Operations at Remitly, you will manage the core function of TA operations and equivalent programs. You will improve our TA processes, allowing our recruiting organization to meet the needs of Remitly's growing, global business.
You will partner across Talent Acquisition, the broader People team, and with global partners to increase the speed, quality, and clarity of our hiring practices. This is a hybrid role for our Seattle, WA office.

Reporting to the Head of TA Operations at Remitly, you will manage the core function of TA operations and equivalent programs. You will improve our TA processes, allowing our recruiting organization to meet the needs of Remitly's growing, global business.
You will partner across Talent Acquisition, the broader People team, and with global partners to increase the speed, quality, and clarity of our hiring practices. This is a hybrid role for our Seattle, WA office.
You Will:
Partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and important partners to develop how the recruiting team and candidates engage with our Workday platform.Act in support capacity troubleshooting issues as they arise across Workday and the recruiting lifecycle - integration, gaps in workflow and process, system requests, etc.Program manage the building or modifying of offer letter components across all Remitly global offices. Partner and consult with legal, benefits, and other internal SMEs.Use internal reporting tools, analyzing metrics, and create action plans based on insights.Communicate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Compensation to better understand and comply with upcoming regulatory changes.Be an internal resource for Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Operations, HRIS, HRBPs, and Global MobilityOversee the relationship with vendors, seek opportunities to improve, and increase adoption of all applicable tools available to TA.Manage projects that support TA's strategic programs and organizational key results; such as recruiting policies, process improvements, and talent community engagement.Manage the pre-onboarding process and own hand-off process between TA and People Ops.Research industry best practices, conduct analysis, and identify opportunities to improve TA processes, RC coordination and create an exceptional candidate experienceSeek opportunities to automate processes and build / refresh a communication repository to promote scalability of TA OperationsYou Have:
5+ years experience in talent acquisition with a focus on program management2+ years Workday experience - navigating the tool, building workflows, testing / troubleshooting issues with Sandbox, creating templates, and managing process improvement.Experience managing global programsExperience in recruitment process developmentExperience sharing internal insights, building dashboards and reports, and driving relevant outcomesExperience with a great onboarding experience and improving TA processesExperience influencing and collaborating with global partnersExperience working with cross functional teams to manage dependenciesYou are a builder who works through ambiguity and enjoys solving complex challenges in a scaling environmentYou are in consideration of our mission, our core values and committed to continuous improvementCompensation Details.
The starting base salary range for this position is typically $140,000 - $180,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
