What You'll do at OnePlan
The UX/UI Designer is a critical role responsible for enhancing the overall user experience and designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with a focus on creating seamless, user-centric designs that consider how a product looks, feels, and flows for users across multiple platforms. Prior experience in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Business Automation (PBA) or Work Management market space is highly desirable as well.
User Experience (UX) DesignConduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to define the structure and flow of the product.Ensure that the product is intuitive, accessible, and easy to navigate, with logically placed elements that enhance usability across devices.Experienced in holistic design structure, utilizing an inclusive, multi persona-based approachUser Interface (UI) Design
Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with our brand identifyLeverage deep knowledge of color theory and typography to ensure visually harmonious designs that enhance readability and user engagement.Create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts, ensuring that enterprise browser-based solutions remain functional and engaging.Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product matches design specifications and that UX/UI guidelines are adhered to throughout development.Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.Maintain consistency in UX and UI design, ensuring a unified experience across the platform.Usability Testing
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, continuously enhancing the user experience for enterprise-level solutions.Advocate for user needs throughout the design process, prioritizing ease of use and accessibility.Design Documentation
Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.Ensure that design assets are organized, accessible to the development team, and adaptable across the business solution.Our Ideal Fit
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including user research, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and accessibility.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.More reasons why you should apply!
