HCL is an ServiceNow partner and is looking for high performing result oriented ServiceNow Techno-functional Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Techno-functional Consultant you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing best practice advisory services to cross functional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoing engagement. As a part of project implementation team you will plan, design review the solutions & will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of latest ServiceNow offerings during solution development phase. This role will require you to drive high performing relationships with our partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.

Required Skills:

7 to 8 years Experience on the ITSM ServiceNow platform as a developer or Functional Consultant. Experience of Standardizing/Improvising ITIL processes and functions implementations in large technology engagements & full life cycle implementations. Experience in working with various levels of IT Service management internally and Client organization and ability to meet client s deadlines. Hands on experience on writing the process documents, process flows, User Stories and Functional Requirements Specification documents for ITIL Processes Experienced in IT enablement of respective business function - Process Design, Process Implementation and Process Support Experience in leading large teams in functional and technical streams. Great analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Techno functional you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement You will provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes in conjunction with maintaining the organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizing current vendor solution capabilities and the product roadmap. Design roadmaps for customer based on the ServiceNow releases. Understanding of the Customer requirements then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds Customer requirements. Works closely with the Team to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met. You will play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required. Leads internal development of business process story / requirement gathering. Prepare process documents, process flows, User Stories and Functional Requirements Specification documents for ITIL Processes Prepare and present Business Case / Solution design / functional requirements for IT Service Management Process Areas and Modules to customers Work with tool developers to explain the requirements and ensure that developments is according to specified functional requirements (Functional Lifecycle Testing) Process Training to Customer and vendor End users and support users.

Preferred Skills:

Experience & knowledge of Agile methodologies. ServiceNow Developer Certification ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification Exposure to managing and implementing ITIL/ITSM processes Comprehensive understanding of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics In-depth experience of ITSM systems (ServiceNow) and ITIL Processes Great written and verbal communication.
