Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions-online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing.

Our clients are across North America. VAG's marketing efforts focus on email and direct mail marketing, with additional emphasis on strategic partnership referrals and marketing events out of the Dallas office.

The Marketing Director will be based in the Texarkana office with occasional travel to the Dallas office. They will manage marketing campaigns to create qualified leads with the ability to convert those MQL's to long-term, quality clients for the company through the development and implementation of all company marketing programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.Duties/Responsibilities:

Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities.Engages in routine strategic planning sessions with marketing team members to develop short- and long-term strategies and tactics to achieve marketing goals.Provides leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of informational and educational marketing collateral.Designs, implements, and facilitates a comprehensive annual marketing and communications plan. Updates plan regularly, responding proactively to the changing needs of the organization.Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
