Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You will act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.•Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.•Create and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.•Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.•Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance and discuss potential improvements.•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.•Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.•Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.•Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.•Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:•Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.•Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.•Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.•Strong organizational and time-management skills.•Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.•0-5 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly with Microsoft products, is required•Must have a valid Driving License
