OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior System Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Office 365 and Intune to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including cloud services and on-premises hardware. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can ensure the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our IT systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Administration and Management:Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.Microsoft Office 365 Administration:

Administer and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services.Implement and maintain Office 365 security and compliance policies.Intune Administration:

Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).Implement and enforce device compliance policies.Deploy applications and updates through Intune.User Support:

Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users.Provide escalation support and training to existing helpdesk staff.Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Security and Compliance:

Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.Ensure systems comply with organizational and regulatory standards.Manage and monitor security alerts and incidents.Backup and Recovery:

Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.Ensure regular backup operations and verify data integrity.Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and issues.Generate regular reports on system performance and health.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Helps Manage Vendors and Subcontractors as needed.Provides escalation support and training for help desk staff as needed.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.Strong experience with Microsoft Intune administration.Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control systemThe training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basisCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

COMPUTER SKILLS:
