Business Analyst



Hours:

Monday- Friday, 8:00-5:00, Hybrid schedule working onsite 2-days per week.



Full Time/Exempt:

$77,000-116,000 Base Salary. Position eligible for additional incentives including Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity and more!!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our PMO in a rapidly growing FinTech company. In this role, the Business Analyst will be key in driving the successful delivery of strategic projects by analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and recommending solutions. You will collaborate closely with the PMO, Engineering teams, senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering business insights that drive project success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the PMO and contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the Delivery Manager to develop project scope and accurate timelines.

Generates detailed user requirements, stories, use cases and system architecture documents for assigned projects.

Develops and communicates technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans.

Works closely with Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of user requirements.

Identifies and resolves system-specific issues through research and analysis.

Supports QA and UAT efforts within Software Development Lifecycle .

Participates in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)

2-5 years of experience or equivalent; varied range of project experience including: process improvement, digital transformation, data migration, software development

Proven experience in Business Analysis, preferably with FinTech or related industry

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies.

Experience working with Salesforce a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Superior attention to detail

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
