Delivery Manager
to join our growing PMO team! This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives while working closely with senior management and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our most important projects, leading initiatives from planning to execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing detailed delivery plans, schedules, and budgets that align with our strategic priorities.
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Managing internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to PMO stakeholders.
Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong project management background and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience managing projects of varying complexity (software development, digital transformation, data migration).
Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with Salesforce (a plus!).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for driving projects to completion while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
