Job Title: Partner Development ManagementJob Description: Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of Microsoft technologies or services. Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (“ROI”) goals. Create business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.Requirements:-Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.-Experience: 24 months business development, sales partner management, and/or business strategy/planning.-Specific Skills: This position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: Sales; Business Management; Work cross-functionally; Data Analysis; Promotional strategy development; Marketing; and defining, diagnosing, and determining an appropriate resolution in fast-paced environment.-Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.-Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.Employer: Microsoft CorporationJob Location: New York, NYPay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG7097838), in New York, NY, is $141,100 to $171,100 per year.Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
