Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's overall objectives and position it as an industry leader.Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative and impactful campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and channels.Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Lead client acquisition efforts focused on optimizing return on investment (ROI) and conversion rates.Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the legal industry.Proven experience leading successful brand positioning and digital marketing campaigns.Expertise in campaign management and reporting tools for Google, Meta, and Bing.Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).In-depth knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Proven leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals and exceed performance expectations.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
