What we are looking for
Tripoint Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support our federal customer.
This position is responsible for core configuration and technical expertise of a federal ServiceNow instance. You will work with a team dedicated to full life-cycle software development and should be able to develop, test, and de-bug ServiceNow software solutions. The successful candidate should have knowledge of a wide range of ServiceNow tools and modules and proven experience with UI principles and business logic.
Location:
On-site position at Customer location in Washington, DC
The successful candidate will be accountable to:Participate in SDLC processes, designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and integrations.Analyze customer requirements and system specifications.Monitor application availability and server activity.Conduct reviews, tests, and documentation activities.Create advanced UI designs and respond strategically to vulnerabilities.Provide tier 3 support to the helpdesk team as needed.What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.5+ years in software development, with strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and relational database skills.3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience (ITSM, ITOM, and App Development, scripting, etc.).Familiarity with Public Sector Digitial Services implementation.Proven expertise in implementing at least two ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM and Change Management.Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting network issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.ServiceNow CertificationClearance Requirements:
A Federal Public Trust clearance is required.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation.US Citizenship required.What we offer
