Assistant Program Coordinator
Job Purpose (or description) : The Assistant Program Coordinator trains and supervises staff assigned to their site per policy and procedure. The Home Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality individual personal care, safety, sanitation, and training. The Home Supervisor has responsibility to purchase food, supplies, and personal items for the person supported within budgeting guidelines assigned to the home. The Home Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and forwarding all site paperwork to ensure completion, accuracy, and adhere to agency, licensure, the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD)/Managed Care Organizations (MCO), fire department, health department, and state regulations. This position is responsible for completing orientation and all other training provided and required by the agency and DIDD/MCO. This position will maintain appropriate license and vehicle information to provide safe transportation for persons supported. The Home Supervisor is directly supervised by the Community Living Manager (CLM).
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. At least one (1) year experience in working in the intellectual/developmental disabilities or related field.
Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid TN, AR, or MS driver's license. Must pass all required pre-employment screenings, criminal background checks, and a drug test.
Location: Milford (Memphis, TN.)
Shift: Monday-Friday 7a-3p
