Ready to take your organizational skills to new heights? We're seeking a Senior Administrator Assistant to provide top-tier support to our SVP of Aviation Engineering in the heart of Los Angeles. This dynamic role involves managing schedules, coordinating high-profile meetings, and ensuring seamless operations within our fast-paced engineering team. Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This position reports to the SVP of Aviation in the downtown LA office.Manage the aviation calendar, business and professional communications, as well as expense reports, invoices, and accounting items for Aviation.Meet with the SVP Aviation on daily basis to go over calendar items.Monitor all incoming email for (200-300 daily), responding to requests as required, creating/managing calendar appointments and conflicts, flagging emails as needed for SVP's review.Complete draft time sheets for review and submission.Family health insurance, submissions, forms, coordinate with broker.Coordinate TYLin Integration activities, help in production of materials for these activities.Assist with event planning, ordering equipment, stocking fridges and general office management.May support Aviation at industry events and client meetings as needed in the Los Angeles area.Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):3-5+ years of professional experience working in a similar role as Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Office Administrator, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.Prior experience within an architecture, engineering, construction or design firm would be considered a significant asset.Must be able to exercise discretion when working with materials of a sensitive or confidential nature.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) is required.Strong organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.

TYLin is committed to pay equity.As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $50,000 - $90,000 annually for this position and local market.
