Community Planning Intern
for our division office located in Irvine, California.
The Community Planning Intern will assist in helping the transition of new communities from the Land Acquisition and Land Development teams to the Sales and Production teams.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure needs are met and facilitate smooth transitions
Assist in performing document preparation for community start-ups
Facilitate various hand-off meetings and follow up on outstanding items
Participate in design, bidding, contracting, permitting, and construction of amenities, monuments, sales offices, models, etc.
Establish and maintain budgets, working with the sales and production department members
Maintain schedules and drive completion of projects to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications
This internship is available to students majoring in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Business with a focus in Real Estate, and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, excellent communication, be deadline-driven, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
The salary for this position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
