With a global team of beauty experts and a distinctly personal approach, IBG empowers all its clients - from established beauty brands to first-time private label retailers - with strategic partnerships that bring visions to life, and products seamlessly to market.
Consisting of three key brands - FASTEN Packaging, Orchard Custom Beauty, and Roberts Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.
We are currently looking for an Account Director who excels at prospecting and acquiring new business, while also building strong relationships with existing clients.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Build and maintain strong business relationships with a portfolio of clients as if an extension of their teams; effectively understand their requirements and expectations at all levelsSeek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities to secure new businessDeliver tailored product pitches/presentations, showcasing our company as a strong vendor partnerDevelop and present all information to clients through regular updates, trend reports, and business reviewsPrepare forecasts for accounts and internal management groupManage margins, focusing on account growth and profitabilityEffectively communicate account information to Project Manager, Product Developers, Finance and Supply Chain teamsCommunicate with clients during the development and order process to ensure critical path timelines are met. Advising them of any delays or potential delaysReview and maintain all daily correspondence from suppliers and clients via e-mail, communicating any vendor issues to internal stakeholdersABOUT YOU:
You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of experience in the beauty industryBusiness development and experience with national accountsDemonstrated track record of achieving sales goalsWHAT WE OFFER
