What Will You Be Doing?
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving acquisition and bookings through innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights and best practices. This role is also responsible for supporting national marketing, branding and advertising plans for the company. This role will also help track results and offer recommendations and insights for optimization to subsequent campaigns.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute paid digital media campaigns across channels like digital (search, social, programmatic) and traditional media (print, TV, radio) to achieve full-funnel marketing objectives.
Lead the management of campaign budgets and manage spending efficiently, ensuring positive return on investment.
Drive contract negotiation with digital and traditional media vendors to secure the most favorable terms and pricing for campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns: Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, bidding, and targeting strategies to maximize performance.
Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage vendor relationships for project management tools, digital media platforms, and external agencies, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal results.
Manage day-to-day and task assignment of small team and work with internal and external stakeholders and ensure deadlines and objectives are met
Manage and ensure strategic planning in the asset request creation, scheduling, and process management
Manage the integration and implementation of BI and commercial data sources and work across teams with IT and stakeholders to ensure new technology and functions are optimized for consumers across touchpoints
Provide sales support to the distribution and sales team
Participate in performance analysis and strategic planning based on the marketing KPIs and goals
Participate in, and support, agency partnership relationships

Qualifications
5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused digital marketing
Ability to create and manage partnerships with organizations to form collaborative marketing campaigns.
Experience with upper funnel earned media and brand building marketing campaigns and tactics.
Expertise in search-engine marketing
Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing
Experience managing outside agencies and vendors, with an annual budget accountability in excess of $5MM.
Experience with paid and organic search, programmatic display, and paid social media channels and their platforms Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google DV360 and Search 360. Certifications with the platforms is preferred.
Experience analyzing, tracking, and building reports for digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Superior attention to detail
Strong analytical experience to provide performance insights and optimizations
Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needs
Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners and marketers
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
