Sales Lead
EnFi is seeking an experienced Go To Market / Sales Lead to drive our growth in the private credit and institutional lending markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that drive adoption of our AI-powered credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring platform.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for EnFi's solutionsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreachRepresent EnFi at conferences and trade shows, delivering compelling presentationsNavigate complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholdersCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into featuresProvide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to leadershipStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changesQualifications:
10+ years of experience in financial services sales, focused on private credit and/or institutional lendingProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environmentDeep understanding of lending workflows, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management processesStrong network of contacts within the private credit and institutional lending communityExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex value propositionsExperience selling innovative technology solutions into financial institutionsDesired Skills:
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in financial servicesExperience with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsKnowledge of regulatory environment affecting private credit and institutional lending
