New York, NYOverview:As the Head of Sales North America - Institutional Cash & Trade (ICT), you will play a critical role in strengthening our presence and expanding coverage in the Americas across institutional clients. By developing and executing a regional sales strategy, you will drive growth and deepen relationships with institutional cash clients in North and Central America. Drive client acquisition efforts through targeted outreach, sales campaigns, and networking to win new business and grow market share across both productsBuild and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with key institutional clients and prospects, positioning ICT as their trusted partner for payment solutions and tradeWork closely with Product Management teams to develop tailored client solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and client demandManage Know-Your-Client (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and credit risks within assigned region and client portfolio to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including adherence to internal policies and proceduresRole reports directly to the Global Head of Sales for Institutional Cash & Trade, with full responsibility for the sales performance and P&L across the North America regionHow You'll Lead:Engage with the Global Markets Technology team to develop and enhance the Tableau dashboard, enabling the digital environment that helps our people share their knowledge, expertise, and passion for our businessCollaborate with the Risk and Control team to create and maintain a customized dashboard for all control uplift programs, guiding the team through risks that threaten the DomainDrive a culture of innovation, change, and collaboration within the team and across the organizationSkills You'll Need:Degree from an internationally recognized university in a relevant fieldExtensive experience covering cash management and trade finance sales for banksStrong expertise in cross border payments, liquidity management, and trade finance productsRelevant knowledge of bank credit and KYC / AML risk within correspondent bankingProven track record as a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSkills That Will Help You Excel:Strong Leadership Skills: Effective team leadership and motivationStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goalsRelationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsExpectations:It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $275,000.
