The Administrative Assistant supports the Field and Consumer Engagement Marketing division. Represent the team both internally and externally and while interfacing with staff at all levels with the highest level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. Attend to sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion while fostering positive relations with internal customers and co-workers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Submit and manage event contracts for the field team through various project management systems.• Ensure contract billing and payments are submitted and received on time.• Provide additional administrative support for the department. Activities include a variety of duties such as: calendar maintenance, processing invoices, booking travel, meeting preparation, note taking, etc.).• Attend to sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion while fostering positive relations with internal customers and co-workers.• Submit and reconcile expense reports.• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma.• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in the field of --Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study.• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position.• Excellent time management, organization and communication skills.• Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CONCUR, SAP, Conga and Click Up is preferred but not required.

Base pay range USD 16.00 per hour to USD 20.00 per hour (+)
