As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, focusing on driver activation, growth, and engagement.Job Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including Google Ads, Meta for Business, email, SMS, and in-app notifications. This role will be critical in driving our driver acquisition and retention efforts, while managing a small team and collaborating closely with other departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and results-driven, with a passion for managing marketing campaigns that generate real, measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy
to increase driver activation and engagement, driving overall business growth.Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns
on
Google Ads, Meta for Business , and other digital platforms, optimizing for cost efficiency and ROI.Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
(email, SMS, in-app notifications, and social media) to ensure consistent, targeted communication with our driver community.Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Customer Success, Product, and Operations) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver a seamless user experience.Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
based on data-driven insights, monitoring key performance indicators such as CAC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and more.Lead the creation and implementation of content
for digital channels, including ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.Manage and mentor a small marketing team
and oversee external vendors or agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.Budget management
for the digital marketing department, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.Stay up to date on industry trends, new tools, and marketing innovations
to continuously improve Autzu's digital marketing capabilities.Support growth initiatives
such as new driver onboarding, promotions, and product launches through targeted digital marketing efforts.The Ability to grow, train, and manage multiple teams down the line as the company growsQualifications:5+ years of experience
in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, email marketing, and growth strategies.Strong experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta for Business
(Facebook/Instagram advertising), including budget management, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.Hands-on experience with
email marketing platforms
like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.Proven success in developing and managing
SMS
and
in-app notification campaigns .Experience with
marketing automation
and
CRM platforms
to create personalized and effective user journeys.Demonstrated ability to
lead teams
and manage vendors or agencies.Excellent
analytical skills
and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.Exceptional project management skills , with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Strong communication and leadership abilities , with experience collaborating across departments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the
ridesharing, mobility, or tech industry
is a plus.Working knowledge of
graphic design
tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.Basic knowledge of
