Position Overview FUTURE POSITION FOR APRIL 2025
Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking a senior Identity & Signature Management (ISM) or Identity & Data Management (IdDM) professional to delivery expert level advisory support to a US Department of Defense customer in Chantilly, VA. As the ideal candidate, you have a decade or more experience in the ISM/IdDM with requisite advanced-level operations support certifications.
Responsibilities
Draft policies, procedures, and plans to assist client in achieving compliance
Arrange and support the execution of appropriate legal, policy, and operational viability assessments of submitted documentation
Recommend policies and procedures above standard to address core concerns of modernization
Assist with the development of a robust training program to support clients current and future requirements
Schedule and support meetings to coordinate mission requirements across stakeholders
Assist with criteria for prioritizing and determining program(s) of support required to achieve operational objectives to meet client mission sets
Provide mentorship and supervision of mid-level and niche technician staff to accomplish client requirements
Draft roadmaps, strategic plans, reports, presentation materials, analyses, trackers, plans, annexes, amendments
Assist with establishing internal and external communication plans
Travel up to 25% of the time, inclusive of potential Overseas short-term travel
Required Qualifications
TS/SCI with ability to get a CI Poly #QinetiqClearedJob
10 years’ experience conducting or supporting IdDM or ISM relevant missions within the Department of Defense across strategic and operational organizations
Advanced Planners Course (APC) or equivalent. Can be substituted with 2 years’ policy and plans experience in support of IdDM missions at a strategic or national component level
5 years’ experience working with Field Grade Officers or Equivalent within the US DoD
2 years’ experience briefing and interacting with Flag Officer or equivalent mission owners and other key stakeholders/decision makers
Preferred Qualifications Experience drafting and coordinating operations support planning documents for approval and implementation given recommended courses of action based on a standardized and repeatable risk management framework.
