In the role of
Sr. Distributor Sales Executive - Non-Alc
working in
Phoenix, AZ
you will be part of the
Pacific Region Sales Team.
You will be accountable for the non-alc strategic plan within your management unit and with all Molson Coors Beverage Company distributors within the territory.
This position reports to
General Manager - Sales
and develops the non-alc category, sales acumen of the management unit sales team, and the success of the non-alc business including budget and P&L responsibilities.
The Responsibilities:Direct distributor relationship, execution, and performance management of the non-alc portfolio in close collaboration with other Distributor Sales Executives in the management unitAct as the primary contact for non-alc portfolio for distributor and all cross-functional sales team membersProvide expertise and communication/leadership on our portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and program, sales strategies, go-to-market pricing strategies, and chain selling/executionAccountable for volume, profit, and share performance for non-alc portfolio within assigned management unitDevelop and create alignment to the distributor annual plan, strategic, and tactical plans within the management unitUnderstand and act on brand programming and communication to distributors and Distributor Sales ExecutiveBe accountable for the analysis, segmentation and development of target account list as well as owns the implementation of the strategy within within the management unitComplete in-market work with schedule to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation as well as in identifying retail volume/profit opportunitiesOther Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experienceYou have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or working with large, complex retail accountsYou love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business prioritiesYou build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcomeYou take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitmentsYou have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another growYou exhibit our core valuesWork Perks that You Need to Know About:
