About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Email Operations Manager to join our Marketing Technology team. This individual will coordinate the development and launch of promotional, targeted and customer lifecycle email campaigns. This will be accomplished by utilizing cross-functional project management skills and digital knowledge, this role will ensure that all email projects remain on schedule, on brand and well executed.

What You'll Do | Key AccountabilitiesManage or assist in campaign creation including email build, dynamic and personalized content mapping, journey setup, and A/B tests.Oversee implementation of email templates, reusable content blocks and campaign workflows and proactively optimize processes with cross-functional partners.Lead QA and deployment process for all email communications.Lead technical troubleshooting and project scoping of triggered/automated and API-based email campaigns.Manage link and campaign tracking system to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.Own production process from project/resource/timeline management to development and deployment, ensuring on-time delivery of email campaigns.Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve the accuracy and technical functionality of API-based transactional emails. Utilize your HTML knowledge to identify and resolve coding issues.Work cross-functionally with internal teams (brand, creative, social, legal, etc.) to ensure campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and optimized for deliverability and rendering across different email clients.Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve email effectiveness, focusing on technical optimization and deliverability alongside creative and strategic elementsWhat You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.2+ years of email marketing experience.Proven ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices, metrics, KPIs, and deliverability best practices.Solid HTML knowledge to understand email code, identify and troubleshoot technical issues.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve email deliverability and display issues.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Hands-on experience with ESP solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Marigold/Iterable/Cordial etc. is required.Ability to setup/build email campaigns in ESP tool, and prepare for deployment, this include QA/UAT.2+ years of sql experience including writing and optimizing queries is a plus.Experience working with AWS Redshift/Snowflake/Teradata or similar tools is s plus.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python/Ampscript is a plus.Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. The starting salary for this position is $68,200 - $85,000 and may increase to $95,600 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
