About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an on call Production Coordinator to join our Advertising Production team starting immediately. Primary responsibilities include assisting Producers to manage production of internal Editorial photography and external production partners. Key accountabilities include assisting in the planning and scheduling of production projects and then delivering high quality editorial assets across all brands. The ideal candidate will be ready to build upon established strong relationships with the rest of Advertising Production, Creative, Brand, Marketing Systems, Ecommerce, and Merchandise teams, and support the needs of an internal team of Producers, Stylists and various on-call staff.
What You'll Do | Key AccountabilitiesWorks closely with internal Production team to execute against Photo or Video Production strategyCollects input to ensure efficient planning and estimates, schedules resources, submits purchase orders, processes invoices, tracks or routes projects in Work Front, drafts call sheets, talent contracts, catering, hotels, etc.Assists Producers to manage expenses against the Production budget in alignment with changing needsIs an excellent communicator with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external vendors against business goals and timelinesProactively identifies opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes while collaborating with appropriate partners to drive innovation and improvementWhat You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
1 year of production and post-production for brands or photoshoot experience; experience in a marketing or creative departmentB.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experienceHighly organized and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills with ability to interact & articulate support of creative goals and further creative vision, ability to negotiate contracts, create vendor compliance and coordinate multi-vendor activityWorks well under pressure and thrives in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environmentProblem-solves quickly and effortlessly for a variety of requests and timelinesManages day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challengesPlease note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. $40 - $60.00 per hour. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
