Report to:
General Manager TB Marketing
Job PurposeResponsible to support the Commercial Tire Division's sales employees in achieving sales objectives through coordination and administration of customer service to TBR Commercial customers.
This position will administer all the activities of commercial tire sales.
Key Accountabilities
Provide results and information to the sales teams and updates the individual account strategies
Participate in and evaluate market research
Support the General Manager and sales staff as needed
Identify with marketing and business management information needs
Administer assigned accounts on behalf of the Commercial Tire Division
Create sales reports
Create open invoice reports in support of TB sales
Complete end of month closing for the Commercial Tire Division
Create truck tire inventory reports and stock transfer proposals
Administer Commercial Tire Group reporting
Other duties as assigned by Management

Good communication and interpersonal skills
SAP knowledge
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or related subject area
Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel
