Job PurposeResponsible to support the Commercial Tire Division's sales employees in achieving sales objectives through coordination and administration of customer service to TBR Commercial customers.
This position will administer all the activities of commercial tire sales.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and support the TBR Newsletter, Tp Tour, and TBR Customer Portal to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Conduct market research and competitor price analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor billing processes, address disputes, and ensure timely corrections as needed.
Track and report AVB achievement rates, communicating results to Regional Directors (RDs) and Customer Team Managers (CTM).
Create and organize meeting materials for dealer meetings to facilitate effective discussions.
Summarize daily sales results by the end of each day based on the previous day’s performance.
Generate detailed sales reports for each customer to support performance evaluation.
Prepare and deliver Monthly Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
Assist in budget planning for each RD, including budget approval and ongoing budget management.
Conduct and report on tire testing analysis to support product development and marketing efforts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or related subject area
Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel
Bilingual in Korean preferred but not required
