Support Planning process with training content
Assist customers and internal users with features via training opportunities
Organize and structure training and development processes for best practices
Key responsibilities
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives
You will work closely with our Product team to support various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of our training efforts
Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and resources
Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development
Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback
Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics
Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and opportunities
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for supporting employee growth
Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
