Description:

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will be accountable for

1) engaging the business stakeholders

2) facilitate organizational change by implementing a structured OCM methodology

3) accelerate the adoption of the solution.

The OCM consultant will partner with the internal OCM Leader / Global lead on the project and lead the planning, management execution and evaluation of change plans for the project.

Responsibilities:

The expectation from the role is to lead the OCM implementation for a TCS client. The primary responsibilities include:

• Scope identification, Project planning, monitoring, and working on OCM deliverables.

• Design and execution of OCM strategy, organizational design, stakeholder management, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, Communication Plan, Training Plan and Resistance mitigation Plan.

• Develop the OCM plan (.mpp) and integrate with master project plan.

• Work with business team to identify training courses, training efforts, training schedule and set up the coordination between business, IT and vendor teams.

• Prepare dashboards and track OCM KPI's as part of the project.

• Support the OCM Lessons Learned sessions during the project and post Go-Live.

• Support creation of Training Reinforcement Organization.

• Act as an OCM Advisor to business teams and coach the extended teams on all OCM templates and support for completing deliverables.

• Collaborate with a diverse global team to achieve the project objective.

• Prepare OCM assets for practice

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Hands on Organizational Change Management Experience

• Manufacturing industry experience (Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, Process) preferred with experience in managing global large scale transformations including S/4 Hana.

• Experience of facilitating discussions with senior business leaders / executives and coach them from OCM perspective.

• Microsoft Project Plan experience for authoring, updating, monitoring and controlling the activities.

• Communication video experience preferred

• MS Office experience with ability to create impactful PowerPoints, dashboards and conduct data analysis using Excel.

• Exposure to Training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Skilled in business value led approaches and helping shape client decision making and willing to take ownership

• Technical awareness of IT systems and Software Development Life Cycle

• 10-15 years of experience

• Bachelors or Master's Degree

Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 a year
