What you will do:Create and manage annual and seasonal merchandise plans utilizing history, sales trends, and market influences to ensure accurate sales and inventory forecast for assigned area of responsibility.In Season business nsistently monitor sales performance. Identify and communicate opportunities and risk. Partner with Merchants to ensure product assortments support sales targets by country. Collaborate to ensure key item sales and inventory forecast are in alignment with departmental sales and inventory objectives. Lead the OTB process for your merchandising team, adjusting forecast, receipt targets and margin as needed to achieve financial goals.Build Strong cross functional, collaborative partnerships to meet shared goals.How you will do it:Use your Merchandise Planning experience to develop and drive the planning process to achieve financial objectives and strategic initiativesLeverage DTC system capabilities, standard and Ad Hoc reporting to consistently monitor the many facets of the business and create actionable processes to enhance outcomes.Proactively seek business partnerships to enhance knowledge and align on business strategies.

Use our system capabilities to support best in class merchandise planning processes.Skills for SuccessYears of Related Professional Experience: 5-8 yearsEducational Position Requirements:A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.What we expect you already know:Proven Merchandise Planning experience in an Omni, Multiple Retail Concept environment. Previous exposure to international planning would be a benefit. Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to read, analyze and interpret retail reports. A proactive business management approach, completing all assignments and job duties in a timely manner. Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word. Merchandise planning system experience preferred (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.)
