Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily operations;Assist with document code review;Experience with creating construction project documents in all Revit phases;Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals;Visit project sites and with clients as necessary;Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects and adjust accordingly, often against tight deadlines.Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience, which should include large and complex projects in Government, Healthcare or Advanced Technology sectors;Architectural License is preferred by not required;Proficient REVIT and AutoCAD skills;Ability to organize project design development and production delivery across teams;Experience in identifying and addressing issues in order to reach the best resolution;Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines.#LI-EC1#LI-1012
