Position:

The purpose of the Sales Manager is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Manager also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeContact leads and convert them to first visitsSelling memberships and converting first visits into new membersBook and confirm member sessionsAssist with community outreach and marketingManage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studioConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wantsMaintain an acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classesParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubEnsure the studio is clean and tidyOther duties as assignedRequirements:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredOrganized and attentive to detailsGood with social media marketingGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retailAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredCompensation & Perks:

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
