Position:
The purpose of the Sales Director is to increase membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Director also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the studio's objectives and target market.Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals.Sales Planning and Forecasting:
Create sales forecasts, set targets, and develop plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and retention.Marketing Initiatives:
Run marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to maximize lead generation and conversions.Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.Business Development:
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or expansion to increase sales and market presence.
The role of a Sales Director in a boutique fitness studio is dynamic and requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the fitness industry and consumer behavior.
Requirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retailAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsCompensation & Perks:
