Description

Markon's partner company is actively seeking a Senior Resource Manager to support our Intelligence Customer in performing both budget execution and budget formulation.

Responsibilities

Assist with development of organizations financial strategies for current year and future yearsAnalyze customer financial information to monitor spend against annual budgetRecommend tools / methods / mechanisms to improve the overall tracking and understanding of the organization's financial statusEnsure financial data integrity by preparation and reconciliation of financial dataAssist in monitoring spend rates, estimate at complAtion, and estimate to completeAttend necessary budgetary exercise meetings to provide support to group level managersAssist in providing financial information on data calls assigned to customerInterface with others across Office to best support the customer missionMaintain internal processes, make recommendations for improvements, track expenses, obligated/committed/expensed, monitor budget line items and provide guidance if overruns/underruns are anticipatedQualifications

12+ years of experience and familiarity with customer organization in an financial / budget / RM role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Ability to work independently and proactively as well as apply creativity in a fast paced environment.Demonstrated experience in resolving complex problems including organizing and structuring solutions.Experience constructing and maintaining back-up documentation on programmatic, organizational, or resource topics.Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leaders and program managers in matrixed environment.Experience preparing briefing materials.Active TS/SCI with Poly

Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
