Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Technology Sourcing Manager to join our Transport Procurement team. The Sr. Technology Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the procurement of Transport network related services. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all Transport and Data Center acquisitions align with Dish Wireless’s operational goals and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Transport Network goods and services, leveraging market intelligence for competitive advantage
-Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and managing supplier risk
-Guide negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
-Develop cost-saving initiatives, track savings, and analyze procurement metrics for cost reduction and process improvement
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with requirements and serve as a key contact for procurement inquiries
-Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology sourcing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
-5+ years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors
Skills and Qualifications:
-Strong negotiation and contract management skills
-Excellent methodical and problem-solving abilities
-Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa)
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at using G Suite for collaboration
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new technology tools
-Strong data analysis and reporting skills using various software tools and applications
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
