The Company , you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our clients' computer networks, which include mainframes, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware components. You will collaborate closely with both the technical team and management to ensure maximum system security and performance.Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot client networks, including mainframes, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.Install and configure network equipment to align with business needs.Develop and manage firewalls, keep virus protection up to date, and handle data security systems to protect sensitive information and communications.Monitor network performance and proactively enhance systems to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement disaster recovery protocols to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.Collaborate with other IT professionals, escalating complex issues as necessary.Stay current on the latest security and networking best practices, offering tailored solutions to improve both internal and client systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Practical experience with network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.Knowledge of virus protection software and data security systems.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.Strong communication skills, particularly in escalating issues to management.In-depth knowledge of security principles and best practices for networks.Detail-oriented with a focus on providing customer-focused solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or similar credentials.Experience with cloud solutions and virtualization technologies.Prior experience in a value-added reseller (VAR) setting is a plus.ArubaNutanix
