About the Role and the Team

We are looking to add a key hire to the Adform team that will have a major impact on our business. The Account Manager is part of the US team, and is responsible for strategic existing clients in the US and focus on the growth of clients' business by best usage of the Adform platform. This role is tasked with ensuring that clients get the best customer experience through utilizing Adform.

Your responsibilitiesWork with senior commercial leadership in order to set the strategic commercial objectives, build and deliver client growth plans across agency and enterprise business.Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform's full-stack technology platform in the US.Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team membersEnsure that Clients gets best in class service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the companyManage and develop relationships with existing Clients: work with Clients in a structured way, have follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform productsKeep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, clients, and prospectsManage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)Proactively engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectivesSupport and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives. Work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best client experienceImprove the sales processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality in order to maximize revenueWork with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients and marketSupport the commercial sales lead and customer success team through the on-boarding/ramping process of a new clients.We expect you have

A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skillsExisting network within the online advertising industry in the USProven experience in managing high budgets and revenues and large ClientsExtensive experience of running accounts/client relationship managementTraffic or ad operations experienceComfort presenting solutions and upselling to clientsExcellent communication skills (both with clients and with internal teams)Strong skills in client-centricity and building relationshipsProactivity, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinkingGreat negotiation skills and strong focus on resultsIt would be an advantage if you:

Hands-on experience in operating in other DSPs, Ad Servers, and DMPsAdform platform knowledgeSalesforce experience, Gainsight experience, Tableau experienceOur promise
