Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Feld Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled, zealous and creative Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead the social media strategy and execution for Feld Entertainment's motorsports brands, including Monster Jam and SuperMotocross. Working within the Digital team, the ideal candidate will drive brand growth, fan engagement, and ticket sales through innovative digital marketing tactics, engaging storytelling and social media content strategies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, and report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversion across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for Monster Jam and SuperMotocross/Supercross.Content Creation & Campaign Management: Lead the creation of original and compelling content (graphics, video, live streams, etc.) aligned with brand messaging; Manage social media campaigns and promotions to support key events, ticket sales, and community engagement initiatives; Develop, manage and maintain social editorial calendars.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content; Regularly report on campaign effectiveness, growth metrics, and ROI.Fan Engagement & Growth: Develop community-driven strategies to build fan loyalty, engage with audiences in real-time, and grow social media followings; Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.Lead and mentor a team of internal and external digital content creators. Foster collaboration across teams, including PR, brand, global partnerships, event marketing and operations.Work closely with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to integrate marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.Lead and educate the team in the development and use of emerging technologies, social media trends, platform updates, and new tools to continuously innovate and improve brand presence in the digital space.Job Qualifications
BS/BA in marketing, communications or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content strategy.Proven experience in leading successful social media campaigns and driving engagement.Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Insights).Strong understanding of motorsports culture and familiarity with Monster Jam and SuperMotocross (Supercross, Pro Motocross) audiences.Experience managing social media agency.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and agency relationship.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Passion for motorsports and live events preferred.

International Touring Personnel
To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour.
