Prior experience as a change lead for multiple, large implementation efforts using Prosci's ADKAR modelPrior experience leading discovery to create a change management planPrior experience working in a command center during implementationPrior experience presenting to customers and executivesPrior experience in communications planning, execution, & managementPrevious experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting a plusPrevious work on FISERV products, specifically DNA a plusPrevious work in Financial Services or Farm Credit a plusKey Skill(s):
Good communicator, both written and verbalWell organized, attention to detail, strategic plannerVisionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at handDemonstrated ability to forge consensus among stakeholder groups with differing needs and perspectivesKey Technology /Certification(s):
Prosci/ ADKARKey Responsibilities:
Head up change management strategy, including periodic assessments, communication plan, equipping executive sponsor and product managers to manage resistance to changeCoordinate & lead discovery work needed to create the change planLead the collaboration among stakeholder organizations as they develop and execute their own change management plansCoordinate training and adoption efforts, with PLANT training lead, focused on connecting the dots between current and future stateExecute the change management plan and coordinate with AgriBank, the Associations, and on overarching organizational changes coming from PLANT's implementation
